Family Program Program
Our Family Program provides a safe and welcoming home for families experiencing homelessness. We walk alongside each family as they work toward stability and permanent housing, connecting them with individualized support, resources, and opportunities to build a strong foundation for the future.
Our Home
Our Family Program is located at our Oak Hill Community Connections shelter. Our home is a caring space where families can find respite and focus on what comes next. Through a strength-based approach, we help each family address the unique challenges they face while filling gaps in resources to help them successfully transition to stable living.
